Many drops make a river.

I've started realizing lately just how many people it takes to make this school run the way it does. There are the teachers, and the specials teachers which are pretty obvious. Then there is the principle, also obvious. Now there is also the financial team and the school director. There is the head of foreign affairs, the buildings staff, the IT department, the security head and his team, then there are the nationals, the cook and his assistant, the drivers, the chaokedors, the house help.... there are so many people apart of the ISK team! I have recently started wondering why more people don't do this, it's been such an amazing experience!
